Culinary Arts I

Students complete 36 weeks of instruction, featuring 144 lessons, 36 hands-on cooking labs, 36 mini-projects, and 36 worksheets with complete answer keys, while earning one full high school credit.

Throughout this course, students will:

• Master professional knife skills and kitchen safety
